Culture Day

In an effort to avoid too much television, too many visits to the mall and that caged bird feeling in our city apartment, I have officially declared Monday and Thursday afternoons to be culture day for Georgia and I.  We have been to many galleries and a few museums.  For an "almost toddler," she has a pretty good appreciation for the arts!  But our favorite in the quest for cultural astuteness continues to be literature--especially the monster book with the flashing eyes and growling sounds at our local bookstore.  Thanks to Livaria da Vila for letting Georgia push and push the buttons on the book and crawl all over the place without always buying (blush) every visit.
